This tool alerts you of an event, such as a birthday, holidays etc. You can store and synchronize addresses of friends and contacts on a web server. Over time, these addresses may change and you can keep track of them on this server on the cloud. Versions automatically record a history of changes made to your contacts and lets you browse through previous versions using a built-in Time Wheel. Being cloud based, you do not have to depend on a particular computer. You can access the data from anywhere. You can write a mail to the contact whose birthday is coming up or with whom you have a scheduled meeting. This feature is available when the alert comes up. You also get access to a commercial area where you can choose and buy a gift. It is possible to get access to social sites including Facebook.

The interface is simply laid out but uses a little too gaudy color scheme. The product seems to be still under construction as, some of the links provided with the icons on the tool bar leads to pages under construction. Even the icons are not very intuitive. Fortunately, tool tips are provided that tell you unambiguously what it is about. The time wheel functionality provides data back-up to your valuable data-stuff so that you are able to go back to any older version of address that you need. It should be a good product when finished.
